Shipping of orders to EU suspended
From 1st January 2022 we have regretfully decided that we are suspending shipping of export orders to EU countries, due to the increasingly onerous processes that will be applied in January, as part of the UK/EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) post Brexit.
We have already had parcels go missing or had to be recalled and this looks like it could get worse. We will keep this under review while we understand the impact.
EU customers will still be able to purchase and receive virtual products, such as Patterns and Gift Vouchers online.
For Trade customers in the EU please contact us so we can work out how to continue to supply you.
Other regions and countries wordwide are not affected by this change and deliveries will continue as normal.
